– 2 eggplants


– 2 potatoes

Instructions:


1. Wash all ingredients. Cut eggplants and potatoes into rolling pieces. Slice green peppers into irregular chunks.


2. Heat oil in a pan until 70% hot. Fry potatoes until golden, eggplants until soft, and green peppers briefly. Remove and drain excess oil.


3. Steam sausages until 60% cooked, then cut into rolling pieces.
